Client-Led Design Process
This service starts much like my Full-Service Design process. I take the time to understand how you use your space, what you’re drawn to, what needs to function better, and where you want the project to go. From there, I develop a professional framework for the design, which may include space planning, floor plans and elevations, renderings, materials, finishes, furnishings, and other recommendations specific to your project.
The difference comes once that direction is established. Instead of having me manage every step of implementation, you take the lead on next steps, ordering, scheduling, and contractor communication. You have a clear design to work from, but you can bring it to life at your own pace and make decisions about where you want to take on more responsibility. I can still remain involved with select elements that benefit from professional specification or ordering, particularly cabinetry, tile, lighting, countertops, and other fixed materials.
This service may include:

• Renderings, when appropriate
• Material, finish, and furnishing recommendations
• Guidance on sourcing and purchasing
• Specifications for select materials and products
